This is not an exlusive list so please don't hesitate to inquire as we can and do perform services outside of this area.
External cleaning is primarily carried out via the water fed pole system. If you wish to learn more about this system visit the tools section of the site. Interior and lower exterior windows are usually cleaned via the traditional applicator and squeegee method.
Insurance and Guarantee
All workers are covered by our £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance and are IOSH Health and Safety trained.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the service provided, we will arrange to revisit your site to rectify any issues. This will of course be free of charge.
Domestic
Currently the majority of our domestic work lies within the Stafford area. Our domestic work is carried out almost entirely with the water fed pole system, but we are happy to use the traditional method should you prefer. All frames and sills will also be cleaned free of charge.
The advantages of the water fed pole system are numerous. The main advantage is accessibility. We can reach windows that were previously unreachable(too high, above a sloped or weak roof etc), and it is a lot safer both for the window cleaner and your property. Another big advantage is that your windows will stay cleaner for longer; as clear as the glass looks after being cleaned with soapy water and a squeegee, there is always a very thin layer of soap residue left on the window. Over time dust in the air will stick to this residue and your windows will get dirty sooner than they would have, had they been cleaned with pure water.
